Fourth ATP World Tour Stop In China

The inaugural edition of the Chengdu Open will be contested on outdoor hard courts from 26 September - 2 October, joining Shenzhen, Beijing and Shanghai as Chinese hosts during the ATP World Tour's Asian swing. The venue in Chengdu boasts a modern facility with a centre court capacity of 6000, two additional show courts with 2000 seats each, and a total of 20 hard courts and 12 indoor courts.

ATP World Tour adds fourth tournament stop in China

The ATP has announced the relocation of the ATP World Tour 250 tournament in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, to Chengdu, China, in 2016, following ATP Board approval of the relocation request by tournament owners IMG.

The Chengdu Open will be held on outdoor hard court from 26 September – 2 October, taking place in the same week as the ATP World Tour 250 event in Shenzhen.

The venue in Chengdu boasts a modern facility with a centre court capacity of 6000, two additional show courts with 2000 seats each, and a total of 20 hard courts and 12 indoor courts. The venue has previously hosted an ATP Champions Tour event, featuring the likes of Pete Sampras, Michael Chang, Marat Safin, Carlos Moya, and many more.

Chendgu has an urban population of more than 10 million people and is renowned for being home to the giant Pandas of Chengdu.

Doczekaliśmy się kolejnego Stachanowca. Może i dobrze, bo Kafielnikov i Dawidienko dosyć długo musieli czekać na kolejnego zapracowanego w ścisłym topie.

Chaczanow bardzo spokojnie, rutynowo wręcz, poradził sobie z Sousą.

Może później rzucę okiem na Ruuda.
