Venue Access
The O2 is easily accessible for wheelchair users or those with specific access requirements.
The O2 is serviced by the North Greenwich station (Jubilee Line), buses and Thames Clippers services, all of which are accessible.
All buildings within The O2 are DDA compliant with wide entrances and there is a flat street running the length of Entertainment Avenue. Toilet blocks, lifts and other public areas are also designed for wheelchair use and The O2 staff will provide assistance on request.
Travelling By Car
Car Parking is available to blue badge holders at a discounted rate of £10.00 plus £3.50 booking fee when booking in advance on the below link. Parking for visitors who haven’t pre booked is £28.00. Should you need assistance while parking please contact a Car Park Attendant either in person through the parking management office, situated next to car park 4, or though the intercom system at each car park entrance.

Please make sure that the blue badge holder is in the car when you arrive and remember to bring the credit/debit card you used to make your booking so that we can let you into car park 1.

Travelling By Boat
All Thames Clipper vessels are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair access is however restricted to certain piers including North Greenwich pier at The O2. Please call 087 0781 5049 for further information.
Passengers who hold a Freedom Pass are entitled to a discount on the scheduled service and carers travelling alongside Freedom Pass holders receive a 50% off concession. Disabled passengers who travel on the River Bus Express for The O2 are entitled to a free ticket for their carer to travel with them. Please contact
